Nutritional Therapy: WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, INTOLERANCE TESTING and DIGESTIVE HEALTH.

What we do

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Nutritional Therapists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances which may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

Optimise Nutrition

The use of science based nutrition to prevent health conditions and optimise your current health state.

Digestive Health

A Nutritional Therapist can identify symptoms and possible intolerances that maybe causing digestive upset.

Weight Management

With a Nutritional Therapist you can achieve and maintain your ideal weight whilst optimising your health and wellbeing.

Sports Nutrition

The use of nutrition is a powerful tool to enhance the performance of elite athletes or serious amateur sports people.

Intolerance Testing

In some circumstances testing may be recommended in order to develop a more targeted protocol.

Tiredness & Fatigue

With a Nutritional Therapist you'll be amazed how small changes to your diet can greatly increase your energy levels.

Nutritional Therapy

How will it help you?

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy that works well alongside conventional medicine. It's most relevant for individuals with long term sub optimal health, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing. We recommend a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

An individual approach

Why Nutritional Therapy?

You have seen your GP who has run all of the appropriate tests and informed you that the results are normal and that there is nothing to worry about, but your symptoms have not improved and you still feel below par. If you are low in specific vitamins or minerals, have an imbalanced fat intake, are short of protein or eating unhelpful carbohydrates, making changes to your diet could help. Identifying and changing these on your own is difficult, but this is where your nutritional therapist is trained to help.
