I help people move better. As a holistic movement practitioner I use various modalities such as Sports Therapy, Biomechanics Coaching and Fitness Coaching to bring the body into balance.

With over 14 years of experience working in the NHS and private practice. My passion lies with rehabilitating the body holistically using movement based principles, such as Pilates and Yoga, combined with manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilisation and myofascial release. I believe that combining these principles brings a balanced mindful approach to rehabilitation.
